Download Terms
Product Availability : After payment confirmation, the purchased eBooks will be made available for immediate download via a link sent by email or directly to the user's account on our platform.
File Format : eBooks are available in specific formats, such as PDF and ePub. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software to read downloaded files.
Download Deadline : The download link will be available indefinitely. Availability may be interrupted if the store closes.
Sharing Prohibition : The eBooks purchased are for personal use and are non-transferable. Sharing files, by any means, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Technical Support : In case of technical difficulties related to downloading the eBooks, the customer must contact the technical support of our online store, providing details of the problem so that we can assist you in the best possible way.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy : Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds for downloaded eBooks. Refunds will only be considered if the download has not started.
Refund Request : To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, providing the order number and reason for the request.
Request Evaluation : All refund requests will be evaluated individually. We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of use or download of the digital product.
Refund Processing : If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within thirty (30) business days of approval.
Defective Products : In case of proven technical problems with the eBook, such as corrupted or unreadable files, the customer may request a refund or replacement of the product. In these cases, the request must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
Exceptional Cases : In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds outside of standard conditions. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and the final decision will be made by our support team.
